Why the whole family can run it
BlackBerry OS (up to version 7.1) is built on Java, so KeyAgain is at home there. The catch is 4 January 2022, when BlackBerry switched off the legacy services these phones relied on, and warned they would no longer reliably get online. KeyAgain opens its own internet connection over mobile data (with your operator’s APN set in the TCP/IP settings) or Wi-Fi, so it doesn’t depend on those services. Many BlackBerrys, such as the Curve 9300 and the Bold 9700 and 9900, also have Wi-Fi.
Questions
Which BlackBerry OS phones run KeyAgain?
We’ve seen it running on the BlackBerry Curve 9300. It’s built for the Java system the whole family shares, so most other BlackBerry OS phones with Java should run it too; the first 3 days are free to check yours.
