Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026. By creating a KeyAgain account you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

KeyAgain is provided by 9ideias Sistemas Inteligentes EIRELI LTDA (“9ideias”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 23.800.670/0001-98, with its registered address at Rua Bartolomeu de Torales, 56, conj. 54, CEP 02310-020, São Paulo – SP, Brazil. Contact: hello@keyagain.app.

2. Orders and payments — Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

3. What KeyAgain is

KeyAgain is a software service: a small app for classic phones and a server that connects it to your own accounts and to an AI assistant. KeyAgain does not act on its own — it doesn’t send messages, reply or contact anyone on your behalf. It only brings to your phone what arrives in your connected accounts and sends what you write on your phone.

4. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. You’re responsible for your account, your password and the phone you pair with it.

5. Phones and networks

KeyAgain works only on supported phones and only where a network or Wi-Fi can reach them. Mobile networks (especially 2G) are being switched off in many countries. We publish what we’ve tested, but we can’t guarantee that any phone, operator or network will keep working.

6. Telegram

Telegram is connected through Telegram’s official API for third-party apps and remains subject to Telegram’s own terms. KeyAgain is not affiliated with Telegram.

7. AI assistant

Your questions are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) only to generate the answer. Answers are produced automatically, can be wrong, and are not professional advice. Use is subject to a fair-use limit shown in your account.

8. Experimental features

We may offer experimental features for free, such as connecting a WhatsApp account. The WhatsApp connection uses unofficial, third-party software that links KeyAgain as a “linked device”; it is not authorised or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta and may go against WhatsApp’s terms, which could lead WhatsApp to restrict or ban your number. You use it entirely at your own risk. Experimental features are not part of any paid plan and may change or stop at any time.

9. Subscriptions

• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If we change prices, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.

10. Fair and legal use

Don’t use KeyAgain to send spam or bulk messages, to break the law, to harm others, or to try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

11. Availability and liability

KeyAgain depends on third parties (messaging services, AI providers, mobile operators) and on your phone, so it may be interrupted. We provide it “as is”, without guaranteeing it will always be available or work on every phone. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

12. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice; if we do, we’ll refund any unused part of a paid period.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
