KeyAgain on Nokia Series 40 phones

Series 40 was Nokia’s system for everyday keypad phones: bar phones, sliders, flips and QWERTYs, sold by the hundreds of millions through the 2000s and early 2010s. Most of them run Java apps, and that’s what KeyAgain is.

Why the whole family can run it

From the mid-2000s, Series 40 phones share the same Java ME system (MIDP 2.0) for apps and games. KeyAgain is written for that system, not for one handset, so a phone like the 2330 classic and a phone like the 5310 run the very same app. What changes from model to model is the screen size, the keypad and whether there’s 3G or Wi-Fi. Installed apps usually appear in an Applications (or Apps) folder in the menu.

Which Nokia Series 40 phones run KeyAgain?
